As you are aware, the 5th ICCN 2025 is approaching soon, we hope you have started to plan your travel for the meeting too.

Visa Requirements

All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad.

Travelling to India, Visa cannot be obtained on arrival, you must make prior applications.

For a more hassle-free and smooth procurement of Visa we suggest you apply for a Tourist Visa. If you opt for a Tourist Visa, you will NOT be required to show a conference registration letter as your proof.

Tourist Visa Benefits

• No Ministry Clearances or Invitation letters required.
• Mention Travel or Tourism as your purpose of visit, NOT the conference.

E-Visa Process

Completely ONLINE PROCESS

• Issued to passport holders of 161 countries.
• Delegates are advised to go to the e-Tourist visa section.
• Online application can be made as early as 120 days before arrival and no later than 4 days before arrival.

Regular Visa Application

Apply via the Embassy of India in your country. Fill out the form ONLINE and submit a physical copy with supporting documents and passport.
